Symposium Proposal Application

Please fill out the form below to submit a proposal for Cosmogenetrix. Your proposal should be a 30-minute talk, performance, workshop, or creative presentation. Please let us know if you will be online or in person. We look forward to receiving your application, and we will let you know by October 15 if your proposal has been scheduled. We only accept proposals from Temple Mandala Members, Priestesses, and Sibyls. Thanks!

Please indicate that you understand and accept the following terms to present your work at Cosmogenetrix: 1) that you agree to promote Cosmogenetrix on your own website and in your own social media at least once per month between now and the event; 2) that you agree that the Mount Shasta Goddess Temple has permission to share your image, name, and promotional info in our publicity for the event; 3) that you agree that the Mount Shasta Goddess Temple has permission to share the video footage of your presentation after the event.
